55 Facts of Song Joong Ki (Part 1)

Still, to celebrate our Joong Ki’s birthday so I collect this. The facts are taken and compiled from some interviews, shows, and events he attend. Check it out! ^_^

1. He was born on September 19th 1985, the year of cow.

2. His blood type : A

3. His height : 178 cm, and weight : 65 kg.

4. He lived in Taejeon before move to Seoul for his career.

5. He became the model in Tei’s sad ballad MV, Poisonous (Wicked) Tongue.

6. When he was small, he don’t like people to call him ‘pretty’. But now, he likes when people call him ‘pretty’.

7. Since before debut, he always put a sunscreen when he goes to play basketball.

8. He likes to sing ballad song and want to play guitar when singing like Bruno Mars.

9. He has an older brother who is very different from him (masculine and muscular) and a seven years younger sister named Song Seul Ki.

10. When his younger sister’s friend ask her to get Joong Ki’s autograph, she said, “Hey, that’s no big deal. At home he just walks around in his underwear.” (LOL, i wanna be his younger sister though xD)

11. His younger sister is a great fan of Park Yoochun.

12. His ideal woman is the one who both looks cute and sexy.

13. He likes woman who has straight long hair.

14. Alchohol and cigarettes are things he doesn’t really do.

15. He is a college student in Sungkyunkwan University, majoring Business Economics.

16. He took business economics major because it seemed really impressive to his young mind (LOL) and he would look smart if he told about the major to his girlfriend. xDD

17. He ever smoke several time in his college days, but now he’s taking care and purposely keeping away of cigarette and alcohol.

18. because of his baby faced look, many people dont believe that he’s really a university student (and over his mid-20s already).

19. He said he likes IU’s lips and glad to see when she sings.

20. On an Elle Girl interview (July 2010) he confessed that he had broke up with his long-time girlfriend about three months ago. (How about now? Is he still single? I don’t know. :$ )

21. His debut movie : Frozen Flower in 2007.

22. Got paired as Song Song Couple or Song Siblings with Song Jihyo in Running Man.

23. Together with Seo Hyo Rim, he was become Music Bank MC for 15 months (during Aug 2009 – Nov 2010).

24. During his MC-ing days, he said “WOWW” a lot. When he was teased bcz of it, he said he want to make it as a catch phrase xD

25. He garnered straight-As from all his classes in his high school days. He even won an award for perfect attendance, and was the student body president.

26. His dreams are to be an announcer or PD.

27. He once got “Ero Joong Ki” nickname because he likes to hug everyone. ><

31. One of the secrets behind his flawless and beautiful skin is no smoke.

32. He was a short track speed skater in junior high school. He even participated in the National Games three times and won some awards at other large meets.

33. He had to give up be a skater becouse of a injury.

34. He has a weakness for singing and dancing and has no skill too for telling funny stories.

48. The part of his body he hate : lips. He doesn’t seem his lips as being very attractive.

51. After Shool’s Nana, Brown Eyed Girls’ Ga In, Sistar’s Bora, IU, and SNSD’s Sunny are some of Joongki’s fangirls.

52. Ga In said she really likes everything about Song Joong Ki.

53. Sistar’s Bora said she likes plain guys like him. The reasons why she likes Joongki are : 1st, He’s hot. 2nd, He’s cute. 3rd, He’s charming.

54. He has good and close friendships with some stars : Lee Gwangsoo, Park Yoochun, Kim Jaejoong, Im Joo Hwan, Jang Geun Seok, Kim Heechul, etc.

55. The SBS Sageuk ‘Deep-Rooted Tree‘ is his second project with Shin Se Kyung. The first was a movie titled ‘Five Senses of Eros‘.
